By submitting to Online Design Awards and/or using our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
If you do not agree to be bound by these terms, you should refrain from using our services.
By accessing and interacting with our site, you indicate your acceptance of this policy. You should check this page regularly to ensure you are always aware of our terms and conditions.
All material contained on this website is the property of Online Design Awards. All rights are reserved and any unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited. Our content may not be used for commercial purposes unless expressly authorized.
Creative work featured on our site remains the intellectual property of its creators. However, by submitting a piece of work, you agree to its publication on our site, social media channels, and other publications produced by Online Design Awards. We accept no responsibility for the information and/ or content provided on any of our participants’ websites or social channels.
By filling out a submission for our competition, you confirm that you have read and accepted the following and agree to accept the outcome of the competition in accordance with our evaluation system and criteria as outlined below.
We evaluate based on 4 criteria: Design (40%), Creativity (30%), Usability (20%), and Content (10%).
There are 3 Submission types available. 1: Student, 2: Professional, and 3: Studio/Agency.
You are responsible for selecting the appropriate type and when submitting will be competing against only those that have selected the same submission type as you. If we find you have submitted under the wrong type intentionally, we reserve the right to nullify your submission without a refund.
Online Design Awards does not accept work that is: Violent, Sexual, Illegal, or Discriminatory.
When submitting you are responsible for selecting what category your work falls into. If we feel you have submitted to the wrong category, Online Design Awards has the right to move you to the correct category and will notify you of any changes via your contact email.
Feedback for your submission comes at an additional cost.
If you wish to pay for feedback for your submission, you must select so at the time of submission. If you decide after submission that you would like to pay for feedback you will need to email us at email@example.com. We reserve the right to not allow post-submission feedback depending on the quantity of requests and demand.
Online Design Awards may reject a submission at any time, without penalty and without notice if you fail to comply with any of the terms of this Agreement.
Notice of termination of Services by Online Design Awards may be sent to the contact e-mail provided to us. Upon termination, we have the right to delete all data, files, or other information that is stored in your account.
Online Design Awards operates www.onlinedesignawards.com, which is a design community platform that hosts quarterly design competitions and helps to improve accessibility, credibility, and opportunity for individuals and companies in the design world.
This page is used to inform website visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use our platform.
Once submitting to our competition, you have just 24 hours to request a refund. If you accidentally submit to the wrong submission type, please notify us immediately and we will do our best to accommodate your request and get you submitted to the correct type.
Accepted Submissions: If you are accepted into our competition your submission is nonrefundable.
Feedback: There will be no refunds given for paid feedback.
Rejected Submissions: Upon review of your submission, our Team will notify you within 5 business days of your acceptance into the competition. If you have not been accepted you will receive an email for further instructions. If you fulfill those instructions, you will then be accepted into the competition. If you are unwilling or unable to fulfill those instructions, you will have 2 business days upon notification of rejection to request a refund.
