Robert trained as a photographer before working internationally in creative management roles for agencies including Saatchi & Saatchi, JWT, Springer & Jacoby and Scholz & Friends. He helped develop and manage global brands including BMW, Jeep, Volkswagen and Samsung. In 1999, Robert joined Foote Cone Belding where he worked primarily in Asia, leaving the network after eight years as Worldwide Creative Director. FRÍO Cola was launched as a new-generation challenger brand designed to disrupt traditional soft drink culture through bold social media storytelling, platform-first design and culturally relevant content. Positioned as a better-for-you cola with zero sugar and zero calories, the campaign targeted UAE Gen Z audiences through a visual identity and communication style intentionally different from legacy global cola brands. Driving Growth developed the packaging design, social media campaign strategy, campaign art direction, motion identity, typography system, and launch assets for the brand.
