WORK/ PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

The Recency Effect is a cognitive bias that causes the end of a message to be remembered significantly better than anything before. The reason for this phenomenon is our short-term memory. Things that we perceived last are easier for our brain to recall and thus more relevant in decision making. A set of 24 illustrated cards were created to explain different psychological effects in design and marketing. Together with 24 international illustrators, the German design agency HelloDesign created their „Nudging Cards“. Combining behavioral science and design thinking the cards help you to get creative. More information about the project and how to get your own set of cards www.hellodesign.de/nudging-karten. Design was done in house.
