WORK/ PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

Dunkin has been on a revamp/re-launch journey in India since 2022. As part of its overall brand strategy, they wanted/want to focus on revamping the overall brand-delivery experience for its customers. To achieve this, they decided to enhance the value perception via newer designs for outlets, an improved menu, a new uniform for the baristas and an in-depth training module for the baristas on addressing different real-life customer situations. Dunkin engaged unhide to create a set of 8 comprehensive training videos, under its 'Life at Dunkin' aspect, which were made with an ‘ad’ centric approach – crisp storyline, shot using a multi-camera set-up, with professional actors, dialogues, in real-life Dunkin outlets and edited engagingly.
